Yes, our Batch Payments feature allows you to send money to multiple Lynk users by uploading a CSV file containing each user's Lynk ID, TRN, and the amount to be sent.

Can I make one-off payments to a single Lynk user?

If you need to send money to a single Lynk user, you can use the Create Payments button from your dashboard. After you click create payment, select ‘single payment’ then proceed through the steps to instantly send money to a single user.

LynkBiz offers several payment acceptance methods:  

  1. Scan to Pay: Your account provides one or more QR codes, depending on your staff account setup, allowing Lynk customers to scan and pay using the Lynk app. 
  2. Find and Pay: Lynk users can search for your business name in the Lynk mobile app to make payments. 
  3. Pay with Lynk: An e-commerce solution that integrates a payment link into your website’s checkout, enabling customers to pay using their Lynk accounts. 
  4. Payment Link: Create links through the LynkBiz platform to send to customers, directing them to a payment page in the Lynk mobile app.
