How long does it take for remittance funds to be available in my Lynk account?

How can my friends or family send me money from abroad through Lynk?

To receive international remittances through Lynk, your friends or family  can use MoneyGram or Western Union. Once they complete the transaction with either service, they should give you the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for Western Union transactions or the Reference Number for MoneyGram transactions. This number is essential for you to collect your remittance. After you are provided this number, the funds will be transferred directly into your Lynk wallet, ensuring a seamless process for receiving money from abroad.

My card has been blocked; how do I unlock it?

If suspicious activity was detected on your card, it might have been blocked for security purposes. In this case, you would need to contact our help desk at help@Lynk.us. If you locked it yourself, follow the steps in the app to unlock it.

1. Go to the "Cards" menu from the Lynk homescreen

2. Toggle off the block card option

3. You may also unblock your card via the Virtual Card settings
