Our “Lynk Yuh Best Life” promotion is an opportunity for Lynkies to win monthly and weekly prizes from a prize pool of $5,000,000.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Lynk” refers both to the Lynk app and the company that owns and offers the Lynk app. “Juici Patties” refers to the partner merchant within this promotion that operates several locations. A “user” refers to an individual who has downloaded the Lynk app, created a Lynk account and verified his/her identify to become active.

From June 5 to June30, 2023:

1. Juici Patties' Customers who sign up for Lynk at participating Juici Patties locations will be eligible for $500 money back. Cash back will be awarded to first 500 users to sign up. Agents will be at all participating locations to award $500 prize codes onsite.

2. Lynk users who pay with Lynk at participating Juici Patties locations will be eligible for $200 off their next purchase. Discount can only be redeemed at the same location.

Participating Juici Patties locations include:

2. New Kingston

3. Liguanea

4. UWI Mona

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lynk’s liability under or in connection with the Lynk Juici Patties money back promotion shall be limited to the values outlined above. Under no circumstances will Lynk be liable under the Lynk Juici Patties Money back promotion for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the user and Lynk and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Lynk application, including the content, belong to Lynk and/or its licensors.

Lynk reserves the right in its sole discretion, without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Lynk Juici Patties Promotion or any of its terms and conditions.

When you sign up for Lynk at participating Juici Patties locations you will be provided with a $500 prize code on site.

Follow these steps to claim your prize code in Lynk:

1. Login to your Lynk account
2. Go to ‘My Profile’ by clicking the icon with your initials or avatar in the top left of the Home screen
3. Click ‘Rewards’
4. Select ‘Claim bonus’
5. Enter your code and submit!

After making a qualifying purchase at a participating Juici Patties location, the cashier will collect your name. To claim your $200 reward you must visit the same location and provide the cashier with your Lynk.id or name. The discount will be applied at the point of purchase for a maximum of $200 off.

The current Cash Out limit for LynkBiz Merchants is JM$250,000.

With a Merchant account you can refund customers instantly from your account.
Step 1 Open LynkBiz on your device
Step 2 Login using your email address and password
Step 3 Select "Last Transactions" tab on your dashboard Step 4 Click "Refund" button next to the desired transaction
Step 5 Confirm the refund amount and click "Next"
Step 6 Confirm recipient details for refund and insert reason for refund (You also have the option to add notes)
Step 7 Click "Issue Refund" button

Once your customer receives the refund the transaction status will change from "Paid" to "Refunded". (Allow 2-3 days for refund to be processed)

Lynk users can pay you instantly for goods/services using the Lynk app by scanning your assigned LynkBiz QR Code or when you share a payment request link.  

NOTE: LynkBiz customers are not currently listed on the Merchant search in app or on the website. However, you can share your QR code or a payment request link via email or other messaging services.  

Currently, with a LynkBiz merchant account you can view all your transaction activities and receive payments from Lynk users using your LynkBiz QR code or by sending a payment request link via email or other messaging services.

You can Cash Out from your LynkBiz merchant portal directly to your bank account of choice. Cash Outs will reflect in NCB bank accounts instantly and all other local bank accounts within 1-3 business days.
